TERMS & CONDITIONS

Extractions Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coatings seeks to provide the best detailing service experience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our services and point out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find these policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our auto detailing services.

By scheduling any service with Extractions you hereby agree to all terms listed on said agreement.

Terms & Conditions

Extractions Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coatings
Serving Williamsburg, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, & Norfolk VA

 

1. Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot:

    • $25 for standard detailing services.

    • $50 for ceramic coating or premium packages.

  • The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle, and the customer's location. Please keep in mind that the listed prices are the starting prices.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty or forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount and may be required to prepay future appointments in full.

3. Preparation for Service

  • Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle, including glove box, center console, door pockets, and trunk areas.

  • Extractions Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.

  • If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., pet hair, mold, vomit, heavy stains), additional charges may apply. We will inform you before proceeding.

 

4. Service Limitations & Conditions

  • Our services are performed to the best of our ability within the limitations of the vehicle's condition.

  • Due to child safety, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive.  

  • We do not guarantee 100% stain removal or paint correction if damage is too deep or permanent.

  • Waxes, sealants, or ceramic coating performance is dependent on proper maintenance. Instructions will be provided after application.

  • Exterior black or grey, textured or smooth trim pieces may be beyond restoration and may have to be replaced.

5. Weather Policy (for Mobile Service)

  • In the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, freezing temperatures), your appointment may be rescheduled.

  • We will contact you as early as possible to coordinate a new time.

  • If you have access to a garage or covered area, please let us know—it may allow the appointment to continue.

6. Payment Policy

  • The remaining balance is due immediately after service completion, payable via:

    • Cash

    • Credit/Debit Card

  • ​Failure to pay in full on the same day will result in a 10% late charge accrued each day if left unpaid.

  • Ceramic coating clients may be required to pay the balance before service begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work and aim for 100% satisfaction.

  • If you are unhappy with any part of your service, please let us know during your inspection & before we leave the site so we can address the issue immediately.

8. Liability Waiver

  • By booking with us, you agree that Extractions Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coatings is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to paint, trim, fabric, or electrical components.

    • Damage resulting from improper prior repairs, poor aftermarket installations, or manufacturer defects.

    • Any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after detailing.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including:

    • Unsafe work conditions

    • Disrespectful behavior

    • Vehicles beyond our scope (e.g., biohazard level contamination)
